CONCERT PRICES

Subscriber and group rates : reserved for subscribers (applies to any ticket purchased in addition to the subscription) and groups of 10 or more people.

Reduced rate : Granted to under 28-year-olds, job seekers and recipients of the RSA benefits (on presentation of the latest advice of payment for the current or previous month), and to holders of the Carte mobilité inclusion – mention invalidité (and to their assisting companions if the card mentions that the concertgoer requires this assistance).

Last-minute price : € 8, granted to under 28-year-olds one hour before the concert begins, subject to availability. Also available to job seekers, recipients of the RSA benefits and holders of the Carte mobilité inclusion – mention invalidité.

Educational rate : reserved for secondary schools, music schools and conservatories. Free admission is granted to one accompanying adult per group of 10 people under the age of 18. Any additional accompanying adult is entitled to a € 14 ticket. Free concerts : Tickets may be collected from the Auditorium’s ticket office or online during the month before the concert, subject to availability. 15 minutes before the concert, seating in the concert hall is no longer guaranteed.

Chamber music concerts : free for children aged 6 to 12 years accompanied by an adult (maximum of 3 children per accompanying adult).

RATES FOR OTHER SERVICES

Ticket exchange : € 3 per ticket / free for subscribers. Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the concert, during the ticket office’s opening hours. On presentation of the tickets, they will be exchanged for tickets of equivalent value, subject to availability. E-tickets can be exchanged by phone or over the counter.

Print-outs of e-tickets : a € 3 charge applies for printing out an e-ticket at the counter the evening of the concert.
