The orchestra from yesterday to today
Fils d’un corniste, Yves Stocker apprend tout naturellement le cor avec son père. Après le Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Strasbourg, il poursuit sa formation au Conservatoire national supérieur musique et danse de Lyon dans la classe de cor d’André Fournier. En 1984, il entre à l’Orchestre d’Avignon, avant de rejoindre l’Orchestre national de Lyon, où il occupe le poste de cor solo depuis 1991.
